The Crashland Colony Romance Collection is OUT!

It took longer than I expected, but the first trilogy of my Crashland Romance Saga is now on Amazon in a single volume! It's a relief after the last week of stressing over whether I'd get it out at all. The trilogy collects Auric, Torran, and Ronan into one volume (so if you've read them, you've read the whole colletion).

I'm going to see if I can fit it into a paperback, too - never tried one this big! (As the heroines say in all of my novels, lol).

Meanwhile, the ebook can begotten found on Amazon here. It's free in Kindle Unlimited too! Let me know what you think.

It's Not Quite A New Release, But...

The First Crashland Collection Crashlands on Tuesday

Which I maybe should have mentioned earlier, but it's all been so chaotic here I haven't had a chance.

This release brings together the three books that made the start of the Crashland series - Auric, Torran, and Ronan. This series a lot to me, and I don't quite know why. I love all my books, but the Crashland setting special. I'm very much looking forward to releasing the sixth book next month (I hope), and then starting work on the third trilogy!

I know it's been a long delay since my new release, and the next book is still only part done. Sorry to everyone who's been waiting on Tied to the Alien Tyrant, it will come out soon. I've figured out what's been stopping me - I needed glasses! That shouldn't have been a surprise, given how blurry everything had started looking, but somehow that hadn't occured to me. Now I just have to get used to being able to see what I'm typing without straining all the time!

That means I can hope to start catching up on my writing now, and hopefully have a somewhat faster release schedule!

Days Hours Minutes Seconds
Out now!

New Book. Now sleep

I finally got a new book out! Chained to the Alien Champion is love on Amazon, is free in Kindle Unlimited! It feels amazing to finally get it out - I've had health issues, and also general 2020 issues (I'm sure you can relate).  Hopefully Tied to the Alien Tyrant doesn't take me as long, I'd like to publish it in late January or early February. We'll see, I guess!

It certainly took a lot out of me, and I've basically been asleep the last few days, hardly doing anything. like a lot of people I know, I've have had a rough time sleeping for the past few months. Wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy!

Despite that, I've been carrying on with my new hobby of drawing the characters from my books. Here are Marakz and Megan from Chained to the Alien Champion:

What do you think? It's not great, I know, but I'm quite pleased with how Marakz turned out. Abstract and a bit weird.

New Releases from my Friends

Jamokan: A Badari Warriors SciFi Romance Novel

Alien Abduction for Beginners
by Skye MacKinnon

Hi, and welcome to my blog

I’ve left it a long time to start a blog, but here we are. Hi, I’m Leslie, writer of science fiction romance books (and sometimes paranormal romance, though it’s been a while).

I’ll be blogging about my writing, new releases, other books, and… other things as they occur to me.

Right now, my exciting news is that Pets in Space® 5 is out! I have a story, GLITCH, in this one, and I’m really excited by being in this alongside some authors I admire very much. The reviews have been really good, too, and I love some of the comments about GLITCH, like this one in a 5 star review:

I got a big kick out of Molly and her holographic companion cat, Glitch. Glitch watches out for her, and guides her to safety when she needs it most. It was thrilling watching Karnac work to convince Molly that he was not her mortal enemy. I’d say he did a fine job. Plenty of excitement, and a super-hot romance!

I’ll do a proper post about it tomorrow, when I’ve had some time to let the launch sink in. In the meantime, check out the anthology on Amazon, or find links to other vendors on the Pets in Space® website. [EDIT TO ADD: Since the book is no longer for sale, I've taken down the links. Look forward to Pets in Space 6, coming later in 2021!]

If you want to get in touch with me, I love hearing from readers. You can always contact me through the About Me link, or the social media buttons at that top of the page!
